Conceptualize and develop interior design plans for commercial and residential spaces.
Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
Collaborate with Consultant and project team.
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the proposed plan.
Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site challenges to ensure timely completion.
Manage contracts and coordinate with vendors for sourcing materials and services.
Ensure quality control by liaising with contractors and suppliers to meet project standards.
Create impactful presentations using tools like PowerPoint to showcase design concepts and proposals.
Maintain strong communication with consultants throughout the project lifecycle for feedback and updates.
Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and standards.
Work within project budgets while maintaining design integrity and quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with Consultant and teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
