Job Description

As a Talent Sourcer (NorthAmerica), you will be the driving force behind building strong pipelines of top talent across all business units nationwide. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and engage exceptional candidates who align with our culture and mission. Beyond pipeline development, you will serve as the go-to expert for market intelligence, tracking talent trends, analyzing competitor activity, and sharing insights that shape our recruiting strategy. You have a deep understanding of hiring and talent needs across multiple lines of business and are skilled at executing creative sourcing strategies. You are passionate about building high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs, and you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

What You Will Do:


  • Source and engage talent for high-impact and highly visible roles across multiple business units for NorthAmerica.



  • Drive the early stages of the hiring process by conducting thoughtful phone screens and assessments to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with our culture and values.



  • Gain expertise in our hiring profiles and talent sourcing methods.



  • Create personalized, authentic outreach messages to spark interest and build lasting relationships with potential candidates.



  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines to ensure readiness for evolving business needs.



  • Leverage innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify and connect with exceptional talent in competitive markets.



  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives that elevate and champion our employer brand.



  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sourcing best practices to continuously evolve strategies.



  • Monitor and analyze key sourcing metrics to evaluate performance, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven insights.

What You Need to be Successful:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.



  • Five or more years of successful candidate sourcing experience.



  • Three years of recruitment marketing experience.



  • Two or more years of applicant tracking software experience.

Skills Needed:


  • Skilled at prioritizing multiple urgent needs across Talent Acquisition and various business units.



  • Strong communication skills to educate and influence Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on candidate pipelines and market trends.



  • Ability to adapt to change in a high-growth company.



  • This is remote role and you will have to work in EST hours.
