Global Sourcing Specialist

The Operational Sourcing Analyst is responsible for overseeing the day to day sourcing activities and vendor engagement requests (VER) within the procurement lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in managing and streamlining sourcing operations by reviewing and confirming commercial terms, conducting negotiations with vendors, facilitating contract signatures and facilitating the end to end VER process. Operational Sourcing ensures the timely assignment, tracking, and follow up of procurement related tasks, while also collaborating closely with Legal and Due Diligence teams to maintain compliance and support efficient and effective sourcing workflows.

4+ years of experience in similar Procurement, Contracts, Category Management, preferably in a global or high volume environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including data analysis and reporting functions).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear communication across global teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Familiarity with platforms such as DocuSign, JIRA, and Thinksmart is highly desirable.

Understanding of the Source-to-Pay process.

Timing: 9:30PM to 6:30 PM
