You will join a fast-paced, customer-centric recruitment function focused on STEM hiring and long-term staffing partnerships across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.Primary TitleGlobal Technical Recruiter (STEM Hiring & Managed Staffing)Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior STEM roles across software, data, cloud and telecom—from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding for global locations.
 - Act as the managed-staffing partner for strategic accounts: build and maintain talent pipelines, align staffing models to client SLAs and manage bench utilization.
 - Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, X-ray, social, referral programs) to deliver diverse, high-quality candidate slates at scale.
 - Partner with hiring managers and account leads to define role profiles, hiring plans, interview frameworks, and time-to-hire targets; provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking.
 - Manage ATS workflows, maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline conversion) and produce regular staffing reports for leadership and clients.
 - Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations, coordinate immigration/relocation where required, and drive employer-branding and campus hiring initiatives.
 
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years of hands-on technical/STEM recruitment with a proven full-cycle track record (in-house or agency).
 - Experience managing or supporting managed-staffing / RPO engagements or acting as a strategic staffing partner.
 - Strong sourcing skills—Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/StackOverflow outreach and passive talent engagement.
 - Comfortable with ATS management (Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters or equivalent) and recruitment reporting.
 - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience closing offers for technical talent.
 - Available to work on-site in India and comfortable coordinating across global time zones.
 
Preferred
- Experience hiring for global markets (US/EMEA/APAC) and familiarity with immigration/visa processes.
 - Background in cloud communications, SaaS, telecom or engineering-heavy organizations.
 - Proven success driving diversity hiring, campus recruitment, or employer-brand programs.
 - Comfortable with recruitment SLAs, vendor management, and capacity planning for high-volume roles.
