Payroll Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for multiple countries with 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and tax deductions.
  • Maintain employee payroll data, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors for seamless operations.
  • Resolve payroll queries and provide timely support to employees.
  • Prepare payroll MIS reports and analyze variances.
  • Use advanced Excel skills for data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Requirements:

    • Payroll experience

      , including atleast two

      country payroll

      handling.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
    • Advanced Excel proficiency

      (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
