Introduction to the Role: The designation being offered is Global HR Lead. The role based out of our Pune headquarters is expected to lead the HR department and develop and execute PharmaACE’s overall HR strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, advising executive leadership on HR matters, analyzing HR metrics and fostering a positive work culture. This role would work closely with the Leadership Team and drive the HR functions in India and our Global locations. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for a Global HR Lead: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with PharmaACE’s business goals globally. Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on workforce planning, talent acquisition, management, learning and development and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employee rights and workplace policies. Manage employee compensation structure, including salary reviews, performance bonus programs, and incentive plans. Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction. Manage the HR department budget and resource allocation. Oversee HR systems and technology, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes. Lead and develop the HR team, providing coaching and mentoring. Qualification Required: MBA with HR specialization or an equivalent experience. 12+ years of extensive experience in various HR functions like talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits. Proven track record of leading and managing HR teams. Skills and Competencies needed for the role: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels, management, and stakeholders. Ability to inspire and motivate teams, build a positive work culture, and guide strategic HR decisions. Expertise in managing employee concerns, conflict resolution, and maintaining positive employee relations. Understanding business goals and aligning HR strategies to achieve them. Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform HR decisions.
