We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Business Development Lead to drive sales growth for SecureLoad, the world’s first web-based loading computer and stowage planner.
This role holds dual responsibility leading business development across India and the Middle East, while also ensuring the global sales pipeline is strategically managed, consistently followed up, and efficiently converted into business. The candidate will collaborate closely with regional BDMs worldwide to maintain visibility, track progress, and ensure timely movement of leads from enquiry to order closure and payment realization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B or maritime software sales, an analytical approach to managing the sales funnel, and the ability to lead through influence, driving results across diverse global teams while maintaining ownership of regional performance. Communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships within diverse markets.
