Generative AI Architect

At NewVision, we are helping evolve a large-scale global audit and compliance platform for one of our enterprise clients. The platform is used worldwide by audit and assurance teams across industries, processes high-volume structured and unstructured data, and supports complex, distributed workflows.

We are focused on building AI-enabled capabilities across this platform - from document understanding and summarization to intelligent query interfaces, automated insights, and other AI driven features that materially improve audit e iciency and quality.

We are looking for a GenAI Architect who can drive this AI-enablement journey end-to-end while working closely with engineering teams and senior client stakeholders.

The role in a nutshell:

You will be the technical owner for GenAI adoption across the platform.

This includes:

• discovering high-value AI opportunities (document intelligence, workflow intelligence, summarisation, conversational interfaces, anomaly detection),

• architecting solutions that are production-ready, and ensuring they meet enterprise-grade standards of quality, security, and cost e iciency.

This role blends deep hands-on technical leadership with high-stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior technical leaders on the client side, influencing roadmaps, aligning design choices, and guiding engineering teams in implementing GenAI features that can withstand scale, accuracy expectations, auditability, and regulatory scrutiny.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver GenAI applications across multiple modules of a large enterprise audit platform.

• Build solutions around LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and relevant agentic frameworks.

• Own solution quality in production — including hallucination control, evaluation frameworks, fallback strategies, observability, and performance tuning.

• Ensure AI features adhere to enterprise standards for Responsible AI, security, privacy, explainability, and cost governance.

• Work hands-on where necessary (mostly in Python, SQL, and cloud-native ecosystem).

• Collaborate with platform architects and senior client stakeholders to align AI design choices with the overall product roadmap.

• Provide guidance to development teams implementing GenAI workloads at scale.

• Stay ahead of emerging LLM, retrieval, and multimodal technologies and advise on adoption.

Expected Skill Profile:

Must-Have Technical Expertise

• 12+ years of engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

• 5+ years in ML / predictive & prescriptive analytics, including supervised & unsupervised learning, deep learning (ANNs, RNN, LSTM, GRU), and model evaluation.

• 3+ years in NLP, Text Analytics, Document AI, OCR, sentiment analysis, NER, topic modelling.

• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade GenAI applications, ideally handling large-scale text workloads. Not just POCs.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning techniques, embedding models, vector databases, inferencing frameworks, etc.

• Proficiency with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and open-source LLM ecosystems.

• Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed processing patterns.

• Strong knowledge of Azure (or multi-cloud experience) for building scalable and secure AI architectures.

Architecture & Delivery Skills

• Ability to architect scalable, resilient, cost-efficient AI services.

• Experience implementing evaluation frameworks and guardrails for LLMs.

• Ability to lead design discussions and influence senior technical stakeholders.

• Strong communication and articulation skills - this role requires active partnership with client-side leaders.
