Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to drive business growth through new customer acquisition, relationship building, market expansion, revenue generation, and upselling/cross selling.
  • Identify potential customers and develop targeted sales plans to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Proven track record of success in product sales, convincing ability, negotiation skills, deal closure.
