Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective commercial marketing, sales planning, and execution.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using our products/services.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to develop new products/services that meet customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12-15 years of experience in Commercial Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial sales principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
