Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager Sales to lead and expand our dealer network and sales operations across the South and/or West Indian markets. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the laminate or plywood industry, with proven success in multi-state sales management, dealer development, and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales operations across multiple states in the South and/or West India regions.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic dealer network expansion and management.
  • Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, architects, and influencers in the region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead a team of regional/state sales managers and ensure performance targets are met.
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns at the regional level.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the senior leadership team.
