Job Description

The General Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets across all real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, team management, customer relationship expertise, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure the team achieves or exceeds them.
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and partnerships to expand the customer base.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement training programs for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

3. Customer Relationship & Negotiation

  • Maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Handle major negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market analytics, and revenue forecasts.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and promotional activities based on market research.

5. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team for campaign planning, lead generation, and branding activities.
  • Liaise with project, finance, and legal departments to ensure alignment of sales operations with company objectives.
  • Participate in project launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential/commercial real estate.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
