Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential real estate projects.
Manage a team of sales professionals to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (preferably from luxury segment).
Proven track record of achieving high levels of sales achievement in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including demographics, economy, and regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse client base at all levels.
