Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing teams, including sales managers and executives.
  • Provide continuous guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff to enhance productivity and help achieve departmental goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through regular performance reviews and coaching.

2. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Work with senior management to define strategic goals, revenue plans, and performance metrics.

3. International Coordination

  • Coordinate with overseas offices, particularly in Singapore and Greece, to drive global sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support to international teams to help achieve regional targets.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between global and local operations.

4. Global Distribution & Account Management

  • Work closely with global distribution agents to ensure timely deliveries and fulfillment of company objectives.
  • Build, manage, and optimize CRM systems to support effective marketing strategies and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee key accounts and ensure consistent service excellence.

5. Customer Engagement & Business Development

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new customer accounts to expand the companys reach and support growth targets.
  • Undertake regular traveldomestically and internationallyto meet customers and strengthen business ties.

6. Exhibition & Event Participation

  • Represent the company at global exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Engage with potential clients and partners to promote the brand and explore new business opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives through event-driven networking and lead generation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum

    10 years of senior-level experience

    in Sales; experience in the

    marine industry

    is preferred.
  • Sailing experience (in any capacity) is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales/marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-value customer relationships professionally.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships globally.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Important:-

  • Minimum 10 years in senior positions in the Marine industry.
  • Sailing experience (any position).

OR

  • Strong sales experience in both domestic & international markets, selling SaaS or LMS (Learning Management Solutions) products in the B2B segment.
