About Magic Billion

We set up Magic Billion (www.magicbillion.in) - a global talent management company - with the objective of supporting global businesses with their talent needs by providing targeted and skilled talent from India (across the spectrum from blue to white collar jobs). Currently operating in 10 countries, sent 3000 people abroad – 100+ active international accounts.

As a 360-degree talent management company, we do the following:

  • Mobilisation and sourcing – to the exact job specs provided by the employer;
  • Screenings and interviews – including language and soft skills filters;
  • All paperwork for work permits and visas;
  • Any trainings and up-skilling required by the employer;
  • Pre-departure culture training;
  • Support to the employer and candidate in the destination country.


We are seeking a GM Sales to be a part of our company – this is a senior level role, working directly with the Management, with the opportunity to shape the company’s sales management, with plenty of responsibility and accountability.

Roles and Responsibilities – these are indicative:

  • Manage P&L of supply side processes of all Magic Billion (MB) international accounts:

The GM Sales will strategize, operationalise and manage the P&L of multiple sales programs for different international accounts, through B2B and B2C channels. He/She will work directly with the Leadership Team to ensure that all accounts are being sourced in the agreed timelines. He/She would be required to directly manage attendant functions of marketing, sales ops etc.

  • Tech integration and process optimization:

The GM Sales will need to optimize processes across the supply chain and seek technology integration along the entire value chain – critical to ruthlessly eliminate manual interventions and automate where possible. He/She will ensure this is done across all accounts. The GM Sales will operate as a SWOT team to identify and solve any process related challenges and bed down new processes where needed.

  • Marketing data analysis and insight generation:

The GM Sales will identify the most critical marketing metrics, track and manage them – the success/failures of new sales programs should also be governed by these. Ensure that the Sales team is following these critical processes, without fail.


  • Others:

Being a startup, there will be many other areas of work; the GMSales is expected to work collaboratively with the Founders and Team on identified business needs.


Essential Skills

  • 12+ years of work experience in operations, B2B and B2C sales – in the Edtech, Education, FMCG, telecom or retail sector.
  • Have demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage sales operations.
  • Problem solver, team player and strong communication skills – and ability to nurture relationships.
  • Detail oriented - focus on diligence, time management and quality of work.
