The candidate will strategize, operationalise and manage the P&L of multiple sales programs for different international accounts. He/She will work directly with the Leadership Team to ensure that all accounts are being sourced in the agreed timelines. He/She would be required to directly manage attendant functions of marketing, sales ops etc.
The candidate will need to optimize processes across the supply chain and seek technology integration along the entire value chain – critical to ruthlessly eliminate manual interventions and automate where possible. He/She will ensure this is done across all accounts. The GM Sales will operate as a SWOT team to identify and solve any process related challenges and bed down new processes where needed.
The GM Sales will identify the most critical metrics, track and manage them – the success/failures of new sales programs should also be governed by these. Ensure that the Sales team is following these critical processes, without fail.
Being a startup, there will be many other areas of work; the GM Sales is expected to work collaboratively with the Founders and Team on identified business needs.
