Assistant Manager - B2B Sales

Job Summary: Magic Billion is scaling & growing fast with many international projects to be catered at lightning speed. For this, we are hiring a self-driven, independent & passionate Assistant Manager Channel Sales to build & nurture partner networks in the country. As an Assistant Manager Channel Sales you will be responsible to strategize and drive revenue through partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan to mobilize candidates from different Channel partners spread across the country for different products within aggressive timelines. 2. Implement the approved plan to achieve enrollment & revenue goals. 3. Train and support Institutional partners & their teams on different products to help them achieve goals. 4. Drive partners to ensure all documentation & other requirements are fulfilled by the candidates. Work with the sales operation team to ensure candidates get their offer letters at the earliest. 5. Identify new opportunities & models for the partnership that works well in favor of both Magic Billion & partners. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in building & managing distribution networks for B2C or B2B2C services. • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
