Identify and address the learning and development needs of the team, thereby increasing productivity. Creating, improving, and implementing human resources policies on working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, attendance, leave, statutory compliance, addressing employee grievances/issues, if any and so on. Preferred candidate profile : Any degree, but specialization in HR will be an additional advantage. Enthusiastic with Good Communication Skills (Oral and written), Good interpersonal skills, unbiased, building rapport with staff, preferably a Female candidate who is mature enough to understand the needs of people.
