Supervise and manage the team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain the overall branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresSales and Business Development: Develop strategies to increase branch sales and meet revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, driving business growth. Identify new market opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies. Actively engage with corporate clients and individual customers for business development.Ticketing and Visa Services: Ensure the team is well-versed in the latest ticketing procedures, bookings, and visa services.
