The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining smooth workflow within the travel agency. The role involves managing a team, handling client queries, developing business strategies, and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners in the travel industry.

• Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service to maximize sales and profitability.
• Branch operations: Ensuring the branch runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Staff management: Supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Compliance: Ensuring that the branch adheres to statutory quires and travel industry related compliance.
• Marketing: Promoting the business to new or niche markets.
• Budget management: Managing budgets and maintaining financial records.

• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
