About the Role-:

Business Operations Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day business operations and process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Track project execution, timelines, deliverables, and operational KPIs.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates.
  • Assist in planning and execution of tech-enabled business initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose technology-driven improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in

    Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field

    .
  • 3-4 years of experience in

    Business Operations, Program Management, or Tech Operations

    .
  • Good understanding of

    technical workflows, systems, and SDLC

    .
  • Proficiency in tools such as

    Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Jira, CRM/ERP systems

    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
