Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join Xpandr Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. as a General Manager Sales for The Hive, a dynamic flexible workspaces firm transforming commercial office spaces. You will be responsible for owning the business P&L, asset health, and customer experience in the Bangalore region. Working in this role will allow you to make a significant impact on the business across India while collaborating with senior management in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Own the regional P&L and lead the Sales function, managing a team to drive business metrics and customer experience goals. - Develop strong relationships with corporate real estate heads, business leaders, and leasing intermediaries to drive sales. - Engage with leads throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity validation to closure, maximizing pipeline creation and conversion rates. - Work with the finance team on reporting, collections, and client follow-ups, supporting high ticket transactions and business expansion plans. - Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and drive key strategic initiatives while ensuring best-in-class customer experience metrics. Qualifications Required: - MBA or equivalent Masters degree from a reputed Business School. - 8+ years of sales/leasing experience in high-growth companies, with prior experience in consultative sales across SaaS companies. - Experience in successfully leading high-growth teams, with a preference for experience in flexible workspace, commercial office leasing, or hospitality. - Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in CRM applications like LeadSquared or Salesforce. - Interest in developing a career in the real estate industry.
