Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales strategy and business development for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
  • Identify and acquire new clients (industrial, commercial, and institutional).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Coordinate with technical and execution teams for project delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
  • Build and mentor a regional sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales.
  • Proven track record in closing large-scale solar projects.
  • Strong network and knowledge of Haryana/North India market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
