Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan the overall management objectives; in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
  • Responsible for driving the Business Development effort for the Business geography in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for Market.
  • Accountable for delivering local Commercial P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs.
  • P&L responsibility for the Business geography accountability for meeting growth targets.
  • Direct management of the Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Operational teams of the Business.
  • Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve retention of the business.
  • Manage existing clients and secure job orders from new and existing clients and manage delivery as well in a time bound manner.
  • Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients.
  • Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the industry.
  • Build strategic relationships with key clients.
  • Prepare and submit annual budgets, plans and periodic progress reports to the Management and monitor performance to ensure budget achievement.
  • Plan and set annual sales targets, annual incentives, and reviewing progress for the team
  • Able to self-drive the business and handle the team with less supervision.
  • Providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
  • Developing a strong working relationship with the internal and external stakeholders to build a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics driven environment.

- Ability to effectively analyze the client's needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals.

- Minimum 8+years in client management/ key account management/ P&L role.

- Dynamic, proactive and competent.
