Job Description

Role: General Manager Sales (Luxury Commercial Properties)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire spectrum of pre-sales and sales operations for high-end luxury commercial projects.
  • Strategically design, plan, and execute sales and business development initiatives to drive profitability and brand growth.
  • Lead integrated sales campaigns, including exclusive high-tea events, roadshows, corporate tie-ups, channel partnerships, and luxury exhibitions.
  • Establish and strengthen a robust broker and channel partner network to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and engage prospective corporate clients, while nurturing relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client databases and MIS reports for effective sales tracking and decision-making.
  • Optimize revenue generation by driving performance across channels and motivating underperforming partners through structured engagement.
  • Spearhead loyalty, referral, and corporate sales programs to enhance brand visibility and customer retention.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong business relationships with HNI and corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand at industry exhibitions, promotional events, and investor meets, enhancing visibility within the luxury real estate segment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong command over client interaction.
  • Highly presentable, polished grooming, and a confident personality suitable for ultra-luxury clientele.
  • Ability to conduct high-impact presentations, walkthroughs, and negotiations.
  • Proven track record in

    selling luxury residential units with ticket size above 8 Cr

  • Strong experience in handling HNI/NRI clients, CXOs, industry leaders, and premium investor profiles.
  • Adept at managing long sales cycles, relationship-based selling, and high-value closures.
  • Deep understanding of

    ultra-luxury real estate

    , especially NCR/Noida/Greater Noida markets.
  • Strong awareness of competitive landscape, pricing trends, and buyer behavior in premium segments.
