Responsible for entire Presales and Sales of Luxury Commercial property. Design, plan and executed various sales & business development plans to achieve high- profitability. Responsible for integrated sales (design and implementation of effective sales processes, high-tea events, roadshows, corporate association tie-ups, exhibitions, etc.) Created a good network through channel partnership with local Brokers ensure we achieve sales targets. Identify prospective clients from various sectors such as corporates & generate business from the existing, thereby achieving business targets. Keeping all client records up to date and accurate by maintaining client MIS. Ensuring more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing's Channels. Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals through Loyalty/Referral/Corporate sales. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth, corporate clients, Ensuring high customer satisfaction matrix. Conducting and taking active participation in Exhibitions and Promotional events of our Projects
