Job Description


  • Responsible for entire Presales and Sales of Luxury Commercial property.
  • Design, plan and executed various sales & business development plans to achieve high- profitability.
  • Responsible for integrated sales (design and implementation of effective sales processes, high-tea events, roadshows, corporate association tie-ups, exhibitions, etc.)
  • Created a good network through channel partnership with local Brokers ensure we achieve sales targets.
  • Identify prospective clients from various sectors such as corporates & generate business from the existing, thereby achieving business targets.
  • Keeping all client records up to date and accurate by maintaining client MIS.
  • Ensuring more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing's Channels.
  • Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals through Loyalty/Referral/Corporate sales.
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth, corporate clients, Ensuring high customer satisfaction matrix.

Conducting and taking active participation in Exhibitions and Promotional events of our Projects
