Roles and Responsibilities Manage residential sales team to achieve monthly targets through effective lead generation, client meetings, and deal closure. Develop and execute strategies for commercial real estate sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. Conduct site visits to understand property features, amenities, and potential for revenue generation. Negotiate deals with clients to secure best possible outcomes while maintaining strong relationships. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Proven track record of achieving target achievements in residential or commercial sales. Excellent presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients. Strong negotiation skills with high level of integrity.
