Roles and Responsibilities Manage residential sales teams to achieve targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Develop and implement strategies for commercial real estate sales, corporate real estate, and marketing to drive business expansion. Identify new opportunities for target achievement by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and resolve any issues that may arise during the process. Analyze sales performance data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall results. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in real estate sales management or a related field (commercial real estate, corporate real estate). Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong understanding of local markets, including knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, etc. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders (clients, colleagues, vendors). Proficiency in using technology tools for lead generation, CRM management, presentation preparation.
