Identify market opportunities, target customer segments, and define sales goals and quotas. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive sales growth. Sales Team Leadership and Management Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team. Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to enhance sales skills and effectiveness. Business Development and Account Management Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies for new products or market segments. Sales Operations and Performance Tracking Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and sales performance against targets. Implement sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to the executive team. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. Foster a collaborative and customer-centric approach to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market and Competitive Intelligence Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience as a sales leader or in a senior sales role, preferably in a product-focused organization. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
