General Manager Operations

• Collaborate with the management in setting and driving operational strategy, and hiring needs.
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
• Oversee company operations, plant capacity utilization, total supply chain and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
• Develop departmental SOP and monitor it to ensure the improvement in department performance.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Responsible for expansion activities in terms of plant, building and Machinery etc.).
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors, outside consultants, agency to provide effective external support to various department.
• To ensure the effective talent management for effective operation management.

Skills and Qualifications

·      Engineer (Plastic Engineering is preferred) with Master’s degree is preferred

·      15+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions

·      Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

·      A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

·      Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
