Job Description

We are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our team at the JW Marriott Hotel in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in managing luxury hotels.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance hotel performance and revenue growth.
Lead and motivate a team of department heads and managers to achieve goals.
Foster strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and technology is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
