Job Description

We are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our team at the Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the resort and spa to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
Supervise and mentor staff members to improve performance and career growth.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among employees.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and leading successful resorts or hotels.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is preferred.
