Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Delivery Lead (SDL) in this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating operations across PTP, OTC, and RTR towers. Your primary focus will be on driving SLA delivery, leading transformation initiatives, ensuring quality, and overseeing general administration for a key F&A client in the Travel vertical (Hotel Aggregator) sector. Your role will also involve client management, effective communication, and the establishment of strong relationships to ensure the success of this high visibility account. Team management, people development, learning initiatives, and the creation of cross-functional teams will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will play a key role in supporting farming and new business initiatives, managing P&L accountabilities, and collaborating with internal teams on various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate operations across PTP, OTC, and RTR towers - Drive SLA delivery, transformation initiatives, quality, and general administration for a key F&A client - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and client management - Lead team management, people development, learning initiatives, and the formation of cross-functional teams - Support farming and new business initiatives, manage P&L accountabilities, and collaborate with internal teams on projects Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of relevant experience in Travel F&A operations or GBS environment - In-depth F&A operations management experience with core industry domain knowledge, preferably in the PTP domain within the travel/hotel aggregator sector - Previous experience in a milestone and deadline-driven environment - Business acumen, team management skills, and effective communication abilities - Coaching skills to enable operational leaders and teams to achieve their goals - Excellent communication, presentation, numerical, and analytical skills - BCom/Post Grad finance qualification is preferred,
