About the Role

Seekho is hiring a hands-on

General Manager - Business Growth

to unlock meaningful revenue from our existing user base. You ll take full ownership of

retention, re-engagement, and monetization

, with a direct mandate to maximize

Lifetime Value (LTV)

and reduce churn. This is a high-impact leadership role with both strategic and executional depth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and monetization levers through deep data analysis
Design and launch A/B experiments, win-back journeys, and cohort-specific strategies
Lead lean cross-functional pods including product, CRM, and data teams
Own and track key metrics like LTV, retention, and ARPU with daily precision
Deliver measurable improvements in user stickiness and revenue within 12 months

Who We re Looking For

6 to 12 years of experience in B2C tech, ideally in high-growth, product-led environments
Proven ownership of retention and monetization KPIs
Strong command of SQL and a test-and-learn mindset
Ability to turn insights into features and GTM strategies
A builder s attitude: hands-on, scrappy, and able to motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent communicator with experience presenting to founders and leadership
