Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the hardware industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide inputs for business growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3 5 years of proven experience in

    hardware sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and drive sales independently.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
