We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in hardware sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities within the hardware industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide inputs for business growth. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3 5 years of proven experience in hardware sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage client relationships and drive sales independently. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
