About the Role

We re looking for a hands-on

Marketing Manager

to drive user acquisition, campaign performance, and content alignment for Seekho. You ll work across performance marketing, creatives, and channel strategy to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
Analyze performance data to reduce CAC and improve conversions
Collaborate with content and product teams to align supply with demand
Drive creative strategy and manage execution of high-performing ad assets
Support growth experiments and track performance across funnels

Must-Have

2+ years in marketing or growth roles at a high-growth startup
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus)
Experience running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
Creative mindset with high ownership and execution ability

Good-to-Have

Background in content/media or consumer-tech businesses
Familiarity with attribution tools, GA, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
