Role Description

The General Manager of Business Development is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, leading contract negotiations, and driving sales initiatives. The role also includes overseeing growth strategies to meet organizational objectives, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Strong abilities in Business Relationship Management and fostering partnerships
• Experience with Contract Negotiation to secure deals and agreements
• Expertise in Sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively
• Educational background in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Minimum Experience of 15 years in the logistics or supply chain industry is a must
