Urgent Hiring !! Key Responsibilities: Monitor and participate in large private sector RFQs/RFPs. Track and analyze tenders from GeM, CPPP, and other state/central e-procurement portals. Evaluate eligibility criteria and assess tender requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations) to gather necessary documentation (e.g., PAN, GST, ITR, POA, etc.). Handle online submission processes, including technical/financial bids and reverse auctions. Attend pre-bid meetings and manage post-bid follow-ups such as LOI/LOA, vendor registrations, and contract formalities. Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, status updates, and outcomes. Ensure strict compliance with all tender requirements and terms. Prepare and share MIS reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in government/private sector tendering, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries. Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and state tender portals. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Proficient in MS Office tools – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of costing and pricing strategies in tender bids is a plus. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
