Evaluate eligibility criteria and assess tender requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, operations) to gather necessary documentation (e.g., PAN, GST, ITR, POA, etc.). Handle online submission processes, including technical/financial bids and reverse auctions. Attend pre-bid meetings and manage post-bid follow-ups such as LOI/LOA, vendor registrations, and contract formalities. Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, status updates, and outcomes.
