Geist Research - Division of Z-Tech India Ltd is a technology company in Industrial Wastewater Domain. We design & supply specialized systems for chemical recovery from various Industrial Wastewater stream.

Role Description

This is an On-Site, Full Time role for a General Manager Business Development. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, managing and nurturing business relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales efforts. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure growth targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business success
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in Industrial Wastewater Domain would be preferable
• MBA - Marketing + BE (Chem) is preferred
