Role Overview: As a General Manager Business Development at Geist Research - Division of Z-Tech India Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Industrial Wastewater Domain. Your role will involve developing strategic business plans, managing and nurturing business relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to achieve business objectives and meet growth targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Industrial Wastewater Domain - Develop strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets - Manage and nurture business relationships with clients and partners - Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives effectively Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Planning - Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business success - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively - Experience in Industrial Wastewater Domain would be preferable - MBA - Marketing + BE (Chem) is preferred,
