General Manager Academy Operations (Aesthetics Training)

Mandate

Oversee and execute the Academys operations for two key audiences:

External students – admissions, batches, trainers, and end-to-end student experience.

Internal clinic staff – coordinate training needs across our own group of clinics.

The role ensures smooth functioning of academic, operational, and administrative aspects while delivering excellent experience for both students and staff.

Reports to: Group COO & Directors

Team: Faculty/trainers, counsellors/admissions, centre admin

Key Responsibilities

External students: Manage admissions funnel, batch launches, faculty rosters, schedules, and academic delivery.

Internal training: Liaise with Clinic Operations to identify staff training needs, schedule sessions, and track attendance/completion.

Admissions governance: lead response SLAs, counselling quality, conversion hygiene, CRM completeness.

Student/staff experience: NPS, attendance, timely issue resolution, trainer satisfaction.

Operational discipline: audits, compliance, vendor/faculty SLA adherence, weekly reporting.

Success Metrics

Batch fill % (external), on-time starts, lead-to-enrolment conversion, response SLAs.

Internal training completion % (per module/role).

Student/staff NPS & satisfaction, attendance rates, trainer/coach feedback.

Audit scores, CRM hygiene, TAT for complaints/refunds.

Path: Expanded remit once consistent KPI delivery is proven (continues to report to Group COO).

Self-motivated, mature, dedicated, with strong ownership and crisp written updates.

Provides regular reporting updates; data-first decision-making; calm under pressure.

Field-ready: intra-city travel; evening/weekend duty on rotation; on-call escalations.

Process-oriented; strong compliance/audit discipline; high EQ with clinicians/trainers and clients/students.
