Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new salon partners for B2B product/service distribution. Develop strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and key decision-makers. Promote and sell salon-related products (e.g., cosmetics, beauty equipment, software solutions). Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions as needed. Manage and grow sales pipeline through cold calls, visits, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and client requirements. Maintain CRM entries and generate regular reports for sales tracking. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in the salon, wellness, or beauty sector is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to travel locally for client meetings. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Skills: Existing network of salons or beauty professionals is a strong advantage. Passion for beauty, wellness, and personal care industries. Ability to work independently and in a team.
