Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to analyse customer preferences, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
• Work on new RFQ, Make or Discuss process Flow, check design feasibility with the help of design team and Finalized Process
• Preparing commercial proposals and quotations by analysing customer requirements against company profitable ity metrics
• Conducts product training and knowledge sessions for partners and end customers to increase product adoption and awareness.
• Collaborates cross-functionally (Sales, Technical, Operations) to ensure seamless project execution, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction (New product execution from RFQ to SOP).
• Monitoring SOB on weekly basis through sales analysis, customer interactions and competitor analysis.
• Weekly customer Review meetings for New Project Discussions and Costing Discussions.
• Quote/Cost analysis by comparing different commercials received from supplier for outsourced parts.
• Negotiating and finalizing all the commercial proposals such as part price, Tooling Cost, Design and Development Cost etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration,& Mechanical Engineering .
• 45 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the automobile industry).
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software & SEO.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in event management and dealership coordination.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools
