Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in

  Clinical Trials, BA/BE Studies, Bioanalytical Services, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Writing

  .
• Generate business from

  Pharma Companies, CROs, Biotech firms, and Healthcare R&D clients

  (Domestic & International).
• Engage with key decision-makers:

  CEOs, R&D Directors, Regulatory Heads, Clinical Operations Leads, Procurement Teams

  .
• Deliver impactful

  service presentations and proposals

  to prospective clients.
• Manage and grow long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and business reviews.
  
• Coordinate with technical teams for

  proposal creation, quotations, and contract drafting

  .
• Achieve monthly/quarterly

  revenue targets

  and maintain sales pipelines.
• Represent Forward Life at

  national/international conferences, pharma events, and medical expos

  .
• Support marketing with

  campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and BD-focused content

  .

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of

  Clinical Research, ICH-GCP, Regulatory pathways, Medical Writing, and CRO services

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and closing

  skills.
• Ability to convert scientific services into clear commercial value for clients.
  
• Strong

  analytical abilities

  , business acumen, and target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel for

  client meetings, conferences, and business development activities

  .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in

  Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Clinical Research

  .

• MBA/BBA in Marketing

  preferred.

• Experience:

  1–7 years in BD (CRO/Pharma/Bioanalytical industry preferred).
