Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Business Development:

Independently raise ₹1 Cr+ annually

CSR partnerships, grants, and government RFPs

corporate, foundation, and government partners

impact-driven proposals, reports, and presentations

government tenders (RFPs, EOIs, etc.)

Outreach & Partner Engagement

relationships with CSR heads, grant-making organizations, and government officials

call, email, and meet

timely reporting and donor engagement

donor meetings, conferences, and networking events

Who You Are

2+ years of experience

fundraising, partnerships, or account management

go-getter

outreach, cold calling, and proactive sales efforts

communication, presentation, and proposal writing

education and social impact

travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate

fundraising, sales, consulting, or social impact roles

Fellowship Experience In The Education/development Sector (preferred).
