We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing visual content that resonates with our audience across digital channels, marketing campaigns, and internal branding assets. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, a good understanding of business context, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Social Media Graphics: • Design visually compelling creatives for various social media platforms aligned with brand guidelines 🔹 Email Graphics: • Design email banners, templates, and illustrations to support marketing campaigns 🔹 Brochures and Marketing Collaterals: • Design print and digital brochures, presentations, infographics, and other brand materials 🔹 Ad-hoc Design Support: • Provide graphic support for internal events, pitch decks, partnerships, and web elements as needed What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design • Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva • Familiarity with AI-based design tools • Strong aesthetic sense, typography, and color theory • Ability to interpret briefs and visualize concepts in a business-relevant manner • Basic understanding of business operations, language nuances, and communication design Nice to Have • Animation or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) • Previous experience working in an edtech or startup environment Why Join Us?
