Job Description: Senior Manager - Corporate Fundraising (CSR)
Minimum Experience - 6-7 years
Position Summary:
The Senior Manager - Corporate Fundraising (CSR) will lead efforts
to identify and secure corporate funding through CSR initiatives,
employee engagement programs, and marathons. This role
involves strategic planning, relationship management, and
collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve
fundraising goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical
skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding
of CSR trends and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Fundraising and Engagement
Identify potential corporate and institutional partners to
raise CSR funds through organized research and
networking.
Build relationships with CSR contacts, participating in
events like marathons and employee engagement
programs.
Collaborate with core committees, devotees, and external
influencers to generate leads and secure CSR funding
opportunities.
Develop and submit grant proposals to solicit funding from
corporate and institutional partners.
Program Execution
Manage day-to-day activities related to fundraising
campaigns and initiatives.
Work closely with fundraising field representatives and
champions from centres to plan and execute programs and
events aimed at fundraising.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance,
Operations, and Communications to manage
documentation, regulatory compliance, and
communications.
Ensure all regulatory compliance and due diligence
requirements are met.
Donor Management
Drive donor retention and growth through engaging
events, programs, follow-up emails, calls, and in-person
visits.
Ensure timely and effective communication with donors
through periodic updates, reports, and reach-out
programs.
Track donor payments and grants to ensure proper
allocation and utilization.
Issue relevant CSR donor receipts and certificates in
compliance with the CSR Act.
Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising
methods, programs, events, and campaigns, aiming to
improve future outcomes.
Generate and submit fund utilization statements and
quarterly reports to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
Maintain accurate donor data by uploading it to the CRM
platform.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
