Operations & Team Management Directly oversee the following functions: Mental Health Service Delivery Marketing & Social Media Compliance Operations Business Development Sales and Customer Service Volunteer Attraction & Retention Fundraising CLS’ License Sales (THRiVE365) Curriculum Development (IGNiTE365) Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team across all functions. Ensure service delivery and volunteer programs meet both Canadian HQ standards and Indian regulations. Budget & Compliance Make budgetary decisions in consultation with CLS’s Canadian comptroller. Ensure all services comply with Indian nonprofit and mental health regulations. Maintain ethical, transparent, and compliant operations. Government & Institutional Partnerships Forge alliances with central/state government wellness programs, colleges and universities, and public health bodies. Represent CLS India at national forums, conferences, and policy discussions. What We’re Looking For Cultural fit is extremely important. Strong leadership abilities, lead by example, being a servant leader is a top priority for us. 8–10+ years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit, public health, wellness, or education sectors. Proven ability to scale programs, launch new initiatives, or build large national teams. Strong understanding of India’s regulatory environment for nonprofits and mental health. High-level relationship-building skills with government, NGOs, and institutions. Excellent communication skills; English required, Indian regional languages a plus.
