highly creative Designer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Design

  highly engaging social media content

  including graphics, carousels, ads, stories, and banners.
• Create

  motion graphics, animations, and short videos

  (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) for campaigns.
• Develop

  ad creatives

  for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Produce branding and marketing materials (presentations, infographics, campaign visuals).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life through design and video.
• Ensure all content is visually consistent with CLS’s brand voice and mission.
• Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and content trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience

  in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong skills in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Portfolio demonstrating

  social media creatives, ad designs, and videos

  (mandatory).
• Ability to create

  motion graphics/animations

  for campaigns.
• Good understanding of

  social media engagement trends

  and visual storytelling.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required)

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for landing pages.
• Familiarity with brand building and campaign design for nonprofits.
